It’s time!! Our quarterly Joel Connor Clinics are always a fun time and a great way to begin learning how we approach horsemanship at SAFE. All active volunteers are able to audit these clinics for free. Join for one session or for the whole weekend – up to you! Some of our volunteer classes here at SAFE will require 1 morning or afternoon session as a prerequisite.
Auditing for volunteers will be seated, listening to Joel work with 6-8 horses and riders that are participating in the clinic. Some of the horses we will be watching are SAFE horses and some will be clients arriving from the general public bringing their own horse. When you arrive to the barn, grab a seat, get some coffee at the volunteer hut and enjoy the 3 hour session. Bring lunch if you plan to stay the whole day and you can use the fridge in the volunteer hut or in the arena barn kitchen.
